Lymphy - Shipping and Returns Policy

Welcome to Lymphy! We make dry brushes for face and body. To ensure the best possible shopping experience, please read our shipping and returns policy carefully.

Order processing:

Standard shipping is free on every order, and orders are processed within 24 hours.
With Premium Shipping, orders placed by 2pm UK time (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.

Shipping times:

4-10 business days for all destinations. We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and any customs delays. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package in real time.

Change of address:

Address changes can be made within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot guarantee any changes. If we are unable to help, a fee of €10 (or the equivalent amount in the currency of your order) per product will apply. Please contact us by email so we can find the best solution, but we cannot change the address once the order has been processed.

Packages returned to sender:

If a package is returned to the sender because it could not be delivered, and the customer did not check the tracking or was not available to receive it, a fee of €10 (or the equivalent amount in the currency of your order) per product will be charged to arrange a new shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct details and to monitor the tracking so as to be available at the time of delivery. We will not issue refunds for issues not caused by Lymphy.

Return Policy:

We’re sure you’ll love our brush, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 99 days of receipt, under the conditions of our Refund Policy. The product must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is attributable to Lymphy.
Delays relative to customers’ expectations that still fall within our stated delivery times are not a valid reason for a return.
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which our 99-day return policy exceeds (see our Right of withdrawal page).
